Products return
Can I return ordered products?
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, ordered products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Only the value of the product is refunded, excluding shipping costs.
How do I return a product?
You must keep the invoice that accompanied the package and fill out a special return form that you must scan and email to support chat on our website. How much does delivery cost?
4,99 € for orders up to 50€. Free for orders over £50.
How long does delivery take?
Products are delivered within 2 to 4 working days. This is because products may be shipped a few days late, due to high demand. Products are shipped from Portugal, which also adds a few more days to the shipping time.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not usually at home during working hours, we suggest that you enter the address of your workplace.
